Lodging (full board) is organized at the Grand Hotel Rosa Marina
from Sunday 5th of June (Arrival day) to Friday 10th of June (Departure Day).
Reduced hotel rates have been arranged with the hotel.

All participants and their accompanying people are entitled to the event-only special rates throughout the event period. Weekend days before or after the event can be eventually reserved at the Hotel at a convenient fare.

Hotel reservation will not be considered finalized until payment is confirmed. Payment will be confirmed by e-mail. In case you wish to arrive earlier or leave later than the School period, please indicate it in the forms.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations done before 20 May 2011 will be refunded, less a 25% administration charge. 50% of the accommodation rates will be refunded for cancellations e-mailed between 20 May and 30 May 2011. No refunds will be made after 30 May 2011.
